I called to get a quote and was asked to email my request. I did and followed up but received no response. I needed a simple reply but was completely ignored. This isn’t how you treat potential customers.

Had to update our car keys. The dealership and other locksmiths quoted us crazy amounts for two new keys. Spoke to Ben from Abbott and he was able to do it for around 10% of what they were quoting. The service was awesome, he got them in super quick and fitted them in about 15 mins. Could not be happier with the service or the end results. Thanks Ben.

I went to Bunnings three times trying to get keys duplicated from a product they sell, but they weren’t able to do it. On my way home, I decided to stop here instead. Warwick cut the keys quickly and was confident they would work and they do, just as well as the originals. I wish I had saved myself the petrol and come here first. Highly recommend.

KIRBY was super-fast, super-polite and super-efficient. Excellent service - excellent price. UPDATE 15/12/25: My neighbour locked himself out yesterday and came to me for help. I had saved Abbott Locksmiths in my phone because KIRBY was so great last time. This time the wonderful GEORGE attended the premises and assisted my neighbour to get back into his flat. GEORGE was super-fast, super-professional and super-efficient. I highly recommend Abbott Locksmiths because both KIRBY and GEORGE were absolute pros at their job. I feel safe and secure with them. These are not dodgy locksmiths, they're highly trained security professionals and I have complete trust in them.

A Abbott Locksmiths were so efficient, friendly, knowledgable and understanding. A friend referred them to me and I understand why! Kirby was awesome! Helped us fix locks that may date back to mid 1900's and get us upto scratch so we can have our fire safety certificate.
