What an extraordinary find this family owned and operated business is. I contacted Steph and Elio initially for a urgent A/C repair (on the 23rd Dec) They were both absolutely incredible. From the moment Steph answered my call I knew I was in good hands, her communication and kindness were exceptional. When Elio arrived at site he was warm and extremely professional. He quickly identified and solved the problem. I was so impressed with every aspect of this interaction that I immediately booked them for our ongoing services which were carried out in Feb. Booked again for Feb 2027. We then requested their services for investigation of a odour coming from the A/C, unfortunately a small animal had accessed the ducting. Elio dealt with this unpleasant issue with ease, I was impressed with his considered approach and safe work practices. He then replaced ducting and installed deodorising and disinfecting products to return our home to a pleasant living space. I recommend Steph and Elio without hesitation. They run an exceptional business and are wonderful people.
