Fake shop. Couldn’t even find the shop on the booking day. Told me to book for 1 pm but the Google Maps actually shows it closes at 12pm.. Never pick up my call either

I used ARM multiple times now. Last time I tried to check if my X1's steering wheel can be lightened up a bit before selling it. He came, tested it, and confirmed that's the normal heavy feel of the steering wheel of that model at that time. He gave me the honest opinion and didn't charge me for the visit. I got an EV now, and don't think I will need his service much more, but really would like to express my appreciation for his professionalism and honesty. Can't recommend him more.
