So incredibly rude.. we agreed a time over the phone, the company showed up earlier in the day, called 6 times in a row and then cancelled on us 40 minutes before the agreed time. Received an extremely rude and aggressive text message that I should’ve answered my phone, even though I told them we wouldn’t be home until the time we agreed they would come. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs, disgusting and unnecessarily rude.
