It's been a couple of years since the install, but perfect timing for a review as we are now replacing the deck the guttering has destroyed. We got a quote for new gutters. Went with this company as they had the profile we were after. Had someone come and quote, and job was accepted and deposit paid... straight after that was advised that 7 k of scaffolding would be required to do the job... really? okay.. still accepted as I needed the gutters ticked off the list. Install went fine. except all the areas with the gutter guard. The water just runs straight down the guard and onto the ground! I sent then videos and pictures when it was raining. They said it was because there was leaves on the guard. THERE WAS LIKE % LEAVES ON THERE!!! What the … so I got the blower and got them off … same problem. They sent someone out who said the guard might have been installed incorrect. When I called the installer he just brushed me off saying he didn’t deal with clients directly and not to call him. The head office just said: “Craig has sent me photos and a video after he came as you called him saying the gutter was leaking as he said it was the gutter thought it was the leaf screener and build up. I have shown it to my senior leaf screener installer and the installer who did the work. They have both said that the issue you are having is due to the build up of the leaves sitting on top of the leaf screener. If you clean the leaves of it will fix this issue.” As you can see on the picture there is no leaves. It was incorrectly installed and no one wanted to take ownership of that. The amount of water that lands on the deck means it has rotted out now. We are getting a different roofing company to remove the leaf guard before we replace the deck, as I don’t trust these people around my house.

We are really so pleased that we requested ABC seamless to install our seamless guttering and 3 Whirley Birds. The work commenced as agreed in Mid February and the installer Gavin was so helpful and kept us informed as he commenced the installation and worked tirelessly throughout the day removing the old guttering and replacing it with the new seamless one….complete installation took around 3 days and all rubbish was removed daily …so happy and grateful to Gavin for his hard work in the heat and being so helpful and considerate…he is to be recommended for his genuine care each step of the installation of ABC Guttering.Tony&Jane.
