Michael is excellent and really goes above and beyond to try and resolve things. We recently had an issue with our car window that was very tricky to fix given the model of car we have. Michael came up with a clever, cost effective solution. He is very thoughtful and great at what he does. He also fixed our air con super fast when it stopped working in the height of summer. We have an older style car so there have been a few challenges. Michael has been so helpful and we are very grateful for his efforts. Highly recommend!!!

Booked the day b4 to take my car in. Aircon was blowing hot air. In at 8am, was done by 10am. So quick! I originally had my aircon looked at suttons subaru arncliffe who charged me $200 just to look at it and see if they couldn't find anything, later called and said they'd have to take the dashboard off and charge more investigation fees. I declined and went to Ace Auto instead, which cost me basically the same to have it fixed. Friendly guy over the phone and at the desk. Highly recommend Ace Auto!

I initially booked through AutoGuru four days prior to appointment. One day before appointment I called directly up with Ace Auto to confirm booking. On the phone I was told that they have not confirmed the booking and actually cancelled their services with AutoGuru due to complications with that platform.
