Addbuild Master Builders

Can't fault AddBuild. From the consultation and design phase with Emmory, through to building with John G and Adrian and all the subcontractors, it was an easy and well managed process. The team are all super friendly and great to work with. It took only just over four months from starting the build to finishing it, which quite honestly amazes me. We lived here during the build and it was a lot less of a bother than I was expecting it to be. There was of course the occasional hiccup - it would be unreasonable to expect there not to be because extensions are complex with more unpredictable issues when compared with new build - but these were always discussed quickly and dealt with very fairly, with John often going out of his way to make sure we were happy. Communication was easy and every step was explained and documented. We love the new space, and are happy to recommend AddBuild to anyone. Thank you to John and the entire team.

If we could give Addbuild 10 stars, we would. From concept to completion, our experience with the Addbuild team has been seamless - they have been professional, responsible and accountable. We added 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Special shout out to the office team (Kelly, Lisa, Shruti), Steve for the concept design, Pat and James for the incredible carpentry work, Bobby for the rendering , Bern the tiler, Marco the electrician, Scott the plumber, Chris the painter and course Adrian and John. John G was an amazing Project Lead. He was very attentive and patient throughout the project and we couldn’t have asked for more. They have all gone over and beyond - such an amazing team! Sincere thanks to everyone at Addbuild for making the extension our new home!

(I FOUND PHOTOS) I feel so stupid taking so long to share this and no wonder Add Build rate 3.1 stars. They have the best sales team to get your deposit, once they start the project add extra 6 months to a year and this is not through Covid or a rainy periods. I’ve never been more ripped off in my life. These are the facts 10 stages to a home renovation and guess what I was given adjustments on all 10!!! I’m in sales and wow to mis leading tactics wow every one, I was lied to, they took my weakness of going through a divorce and post code I lived in. The bathrooms unfinished with the dodgiest finishes, if only I could post photos to show. Cheryl how can I forget this name, brought down from QLD to be add builds speaker as the owner is to busy with his yacht, and to take on the complaints and boy is she good at dodging work, she’s a master putting a caveat on my property with a remaining small bill (which I said this will go to a cost of another builder to fix there work) Cheryl claimed 10times the amount through solicitors. It’s good to know the laws hey Cheryl. Who can you trust at addbuild only the lovely staff in admin that see what’s really going on. I’ve never rated 1 star in my life. The experience I had with 3 individuals is appalling, sales rep foreman and especially Cheryl… I highly don’t recommend and I hope know one experiences what I went through. I can’t believe I’ve now been asked to remove this review.
