The initial quote with Jay was great. He recommended expanding the deck out a bit, which we’d never thought of before, so we really appreciated the creative approach. The lads who came to install were polite, professional, and smashed the job out in just two days, all to an incredibly high standard. Couldn’t be happier. It’s everything we were hoping for and more.

When looking for a decking company I went to about 5 different companies and heard back from 3. Right from the start Adora Decks were open and honest telling me in Nov they wouldn't be able to quote until Jan. This ended up being fine as the other 2 came out in Nov and one didn't respond with a quote until Jan in any case! Jason came out and was very clear with ideas and submitted the quote within 30 mins of the site visit! The quote was the most competitive with the inclusions considered. Michelle kept in touch with indicative dates and once our construction date was confirmed we were in business. The team were early on day one and that carried through the entire week which was made even more impressive considering we had a damp miserable week weatherwise. We were super impressed with the work ethic from the entire team. We were constantly kept in the loop with updates and any minor changes. I even left the colour and material scheme for the wall and roof to Jason and we were not disappointed! The workmanship was top notch with a builder mate pointing out some of the detail that he said was not common considering the additional effort required! I didn't take any decent photos before putting all our stuff back on so they don't really do it justice. The team did an absolutely amazing job and I would highly recommend Adora Decks if you're thinking of that long overdue upgrade of your deck or pergola!!

This review is for their customer service. I didn't end up using Adora because we decided another option that didn't include decking. Michele was brilliant. Good old fashion customer service, - she followed up as promised and tried so hard to get the boys over to do a quote. If we're going with decking - we would definitely use them.
