I paid cash to have my window glass replaced. After the installation, they taped the frame onto the glass and told me to wait until it dried before removing the tape. However, the frame fell off almost immediately and got stuck in the window track, making it impossible to open the window. I noticed the problem right after they left and contacted them to come back and fix it. They refused, saying it was not their responsibility, and then stopped answering my calls. What’s worse, the person I dealt with was not just an employee — he was the owner. Extremely unprofessional service. I would give zero stars if possible.
