Do not use AG solar they have taken $4000 deposit for a job, damaged works at my property and are now no longer returning my calls. Really disappointing experience.

The Sales rep explained the options clearly and didn't try to over sell. The installation crew turned up on time and completed the job in a day, including cleaning up after themselves. I had an existing solar system which they were able to integrate into the new battery solar system. They even suggested a better way to setup my blackout protection.

From design and sales to install AG solar were amazing, especially considering how busy they were with the uptake in Residential Batteries at the time. Major benefit with AG Solar is they don’t use subcontractors and when it came to installation the crew were able to resolve some minor (unforeseen) issues we had and ensure we had the best outcome & system installed for for purpose. They took a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommended.

After using ag solar 5 years ago for our initial solar system when we made the decision to expand our system and add a battery it was never a doubt about using them again. Every question was answered professionally and Rhys even came out without hesitation to discuss installation options and explain everything. Zac and his team worked seamlessly through the 35 degrees and to a very high level, I can not fault their workmanship. While ag solar might not suit everyone's budget, their staff and materials are quality and they are definitely there to back it up if needed.

A big thank you to AG Solar who installed our 13kw system. It has been three months now and no problems. Trent was fantastic very easy to deal with, answered all our questions and made our understanding of Solar clearer. The install took a couple of days and the team were friendly, tidy and done a great job. We cannot fault Trent and his team and highly recommend AG Solar for their excellent service and the quality products they offer. They were also fairly priced. We have recently had AG Solar back again this time to install a Tesla battery. (Reviewed 3 months after install) I looked for a solar installer in the Sutherland shire and found AG Solar via Google. The reviews won me over so I went with AG and have zero regrets. The team is friendly and professional and the install went smoothly. The setup they quoted not only places me off grid on even moderately cloudy days, but on sunny days is also exporting enough to cover the daily supply charge with my power company, and even have a credit buffer for when I do need to draw from the grid during extended poor weather, which was exactly my goal. I also appreciated that they took an extra half day to complete the panel install due to high winds, in consideration of the safety of their installers.

Around 2 years installed 32 solar panels. Now few days ago installed the Tesla Powerwall 3 storage battery. I always dealt with Trent and his in-house installers. They’re all professional and pay attention to detail and whatever questions I have always are willing to answer in detail. I absolutely can’t fault them and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Both installation of solar panels and battery were smooth and effortless from quotes to both installations. They’re always there to answer all your questions and do in-house servicing if required. Both solar panels and battery are working perfectly and never required attention but at least I know they’ll always be there and they always answer their calls. Ps Both Zac and Sam thanks for the install a few days ago of the Tesla Battery and also in such an aesthetic way :) Thanks AG Solar Trent his partner and the whole team 😊
