Karl & his team were efficient and professional throughout the install of my new ducted system. Nothing was an issue for them, they gave a run down on the 'how to' for operations of both the in house and wifi controls. They left my home in a clean and tidy manner. The new system has made a huge positive difference and I am thankful to Karl & his team for their efforts.

Karl was absolutely wonderful. Arrived early. Got the problem sorted out quickly. It was an urgent repair, as my two small grandsons with health issues. He was the ONLY one, after about six to seven companies I called, who understood. Would highly recommend him. I'll be using him myself in future, no longer going to use my old repair guys.
