This was a great company to deal with, very reasonable price and fast installation. Rick and Max came at the time they advised and did a fantastic job, removed the old system, old wiring, all packaging and cleaned up. Highly recommend.

I got ACG to install a 7.1kw Fujitsu split system in my unit. When the electrician came to connect the AC he indicated that I would need a switchboard upgrade which was an additional cost to the original quote. This was unfortunate news at first, but in the end Wadih from ACG and Rob from No Doubt Electrical did a great job for a great price. The cool air has been awesome in this summer heat and humidity. Would recommend their services.

I was very pleased with the service. Initially from Luke’ reasonable quote, then Wahid coming over to discuss. On installation day AJ & Abdullah came and installed the 3AC. We asked questions, AJ answered and advised. They were very obliging. Spent the day here and did a great job. They were excellent with their customer service. We were very happy with the job and thank you to all the team at AGC. Highly recommend this company, cant fault them.

When it comes to ducted air conditioning, I've learnt that quality of installation is far more important than brand of air conditioner.

The system they designed and installed only cools 2 of the 4 rooms it was installed in. The designed solution isn't powerful enough to cool the other two rooms. Called them back to fix it and they said there's nothing wrong with the system / nothing for them to do. Not happy... Cost us a fortune.

Poor service - but they solve their issues Installed a faulty system that never worked and suggested I should claim warranty on it from Daikin. Then finally replace it and it broke again 18 months later. I requested a repair and they send out a service team who see the error code (they were told this before coming) and say you need repair team (great insight). They still manage to send me a $280 invoice for service even though they didn't service anything. Repairer solved the issue with 30mins of attending on site - saying it was an issue with the way it was installes. Thanks Mohammed!

I’ve used ACG for both repair and new installation. Repair service was timely, easy to arrange and the technician was very professional and efficient and communicative. For the new installation from quote to installation was a very smooth and timely process. The admin and management were very polite, responsive and professional. The installers were brilliant. Lovely professional team, worked really hard, knew their stuff, got the job done without a hassle and were very polite and eager to answer any questions. Could not have asked for more, including the electricians who popped in briefly to do their bit. The installer team even gave us a bonus quick repair to our side gate hinge which was broken, without us even asking! It was so appreciated as a little extra service and something you don’t see much of these days! Very impressed so far with the whole operation and highly recommend ACG for both repairs and new installs. Will definitely use for future maintenance and new installs. Thanks very much ACG.

We had underfloor air conditioning installed at our place in August 2025. The team had to problem solve on the spot to determine where best to place the floor vents. While we couldn't get them exactly where we preferred, this was a limitation of access under the house and nothing to do with ACG. A big thanks to Jason, Chris and Steve for the installation and completing the job for us. They were very professional and experienced in the work that they do and were just generally a nice bunch of guys. The unit has been working as a dream since. The only thing we really wondered is why we didn't get it done sooner. It's been really helpful on both very cold and hot days. Thanks ACG.
