Alarm Doctor

Anyone can get 5 stars when things go right. How a business responds when things go wrong is what really matters. Basel and William looked after us to make sure our system worked and kept our family safe. Our home had an existing alarm system that hadn't been used in years; codes forgotten by the previous owner, backup battery was dead, system faults, sensors unreliable, etc. They came and fixed the existing problems, tested the connections, and reset the system to get it up and running, better than we expected. They walked us through the different features and made sure we knew what to do. As we needed pet friendly sensors, the old PIRs were replaced with a newer model and updated technology. This was where the issues started but that didn't stop Basel and William. After several false positives on our tiny fur baby, the Alarm Doctor team returned to reconfigure the sensors, but this unfortunately didn't fix the problem. After a few more tests on our end, we called up again to see what could be done. Most companies would give up, tell you it's user error, or sell you an expensive upgrade. Instead, the Alarm Doctor team asked a few more questions about other devices in the home, looked at their research, and diagnosed the error as being infrared interference causing the alarm to trip. They came back and changed the sensors to shielded PIRs ensure the system worked as it was sold to us and we haven't had any issues since. While it was intially frustrating to have issues with the system, Basel and William didn't give up on us and made sure to fix the problem.
