My experience with ASSA team was great. I needed servicing for the A/C units in my house. Corrine who I made the appointment with was professional, friendly and super helpful. She took my call and booked me in while she was on her lunch break! And when I was running late for an appointment, she was kind enough to send me another team in a short notice. Thank you Corrine. Maz and Abz were the men on the job. What a great team. Maz inspected all the units and explained to me what needed to be done clearly. The units haven’t been serviced in over 2 years. So I trusted Maz knowledge and experience to do what needed to be done. Two of the internal wall units needed deep cleaning which Maz was kind enough to accommodate on top of the normal servicing. One of the units was located on the stairwell wall which was super tricky to get to. But Maz and Abz did it so professionally. They completed the job in a timely manner and left all areas tidy and clean. They were very attentive, professional and polite. Definitely will be touch with ASSA team for the next service. Thank you guys for the great work and service.

The team at ASSA were great. They fully replaced our upstairs ducted aircon after the old one broke down on us, and gave our downstairs unit a (badly needed!) deep cleaning. The work was promptly and expertly done - we were very thankful for this during the summer heatwaves! We will be using them for future maintenance cleaning, and I would recommend them to family and friends.

These guys are amazing! we had 3 units installed to our apartment a few months ago and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, the whole team was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. From the initial visit untill the installation was completed, communication was excellent, always friendly, clear, and timely. We quoted with other companies who claim to "do the impossible" but really only want to do what they think is easier. Maz actually listened to what we wanted, understood the requirements and gave us a fair price. He provided great advice and worked with us to achieve a solution (and it looks amazing!). Had a multi split system installed in 2 bulkheads to conceal the pipework so there was coordination aspects between the two of us. ASSA worked in well and were patient with the work required on my part. Very happy with their attitude, workmanship, professionalism, pride in their finished product and customer satisfaction. Will use them for my rental apartment when ready and will happily recommend them which is a big compliment from me.

We contacted ASSA because they were recommended to us by our neighbour who works in the building industry and he used them to install an aircon in his unit. Our installation was very challenging because we didn't have a suitable wall but Maz came up with a solution which was practical and attractive.
