The Alliance service team were excellent. They performed a full service on my 16 year old AC system and were very thorough and explained their findings clearly. I have signed up for an annual service in the future and are highly recommended.

We called Alliance Climate Control to provide us with an installation quote for three camera doorbells for our home. Excellent service, electricians appointed, Charles and Mohamad, were superb and very helpful. Charles followed through with some outstanding issues and Mohamad stayed a little bit long after installation to ensure another family member could connect correctly to new system on their mobile phone.

Connor was very professional and helpful during the AC service yesterday. However, our experience with Alliance has been very disappointing overall. We had three AC units installed with pumps and reported noise issues and faulty pumps from the very beginning with clear evidence submitted via email and messages. Multiple inspections were carried out by different Alliance technicians, all of whom advised that the pumps were functioning properly. Now that the pumps are no longer under warranty, Alliance has confirmed that the pumps are in fact faulty and require replacement. We have now been quoted an additional $1,500 for replacements (this value includes50 % discount given due to the nature of the issue). This situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since the pump issues were raised from the start.

I will use Alliance again in the future and would gladly recommend to all.
