My experience with AMC has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor from the start, emails go unanswered for long periods, information keeps changing, and there is no clear or consistent support when issues arise. I also experienced contradictory explanations from different staff members, including claims about “performance issues” that were never raised with me formally and do not match the feedback I received from the actual site managers. Attempts to resolve financial matters have also been frustrating, with delays, unclear responses, and a lack of transparency. The entire process has caused significant stress and financial loss for my business. I am sharing this review so that other contractors and small business owners are aware of the challenges they may face when dealing with AMC.
