Alec and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Communication was clear and efficient, they were always responsive, and every step of the job showed real attention to detail. Their pricing was fair, and the guidance they gave us was honest and genuinely helpful. They installed our inverter aircon system without any issues, even though our old brick building and awkward switchboard location could have made things tricky.
