We recently purchased a property in Randwick, and began the renovation process. As our new home does not have a garage, it was good to find a timber attic ladder installed, which we are able to use for our storage. I contacted the Attic Group, who originally supplied the attic ladder, and I understand it was installed by them more than 30 years ago. Although the current attic ladder is still in good working order, the Attic Group have agreed to install the latest attic ladder, in aluminium. I look forward to another 30 years of convenient storage in my roof space.

My job involved dust proofing my existing attic & extending the floor space. I’m impressed with the entire process. Mark came out & provided an on the spot quote. The job was treated as urgent as we’re in the middle of renovations & attic was the last job before house painting. Joriz & Marcus did a great job the following week over 2.5 days. They even installed 2 sensor lights, a ‘grate’ over the whirlybird & a smoke detector, all of which I wasn’t expecting. I recommend the company on efficiency, quality & professionalism.

Ankit Mavani was excellent with his ideas and quote and Kyle was awesome with his professional installation skills. My garage looks brand new and the slat walls now can store 5x more stuff! Do NOT use this company! Had an appointment. Was waiting out front for them. Phone was inside. I went inside. They sent a message confirming the appointment. I rang to confirm the appointment (still before the appointment time). Got the message bank of the trade. Left a message confirming I was home. Half an hour later I got a call saying they were no longer in the area and I had to make another appointment!! They didn't even bother coming to my house!!! We had an appointment, which they failed to attend because "it's not our policy" to attend if you don't confirm the appointment! Which I did!! Prior to the appointment time! Absolute time wasters!! Save your time, money and mental health by avoiding this useless company.
