We couldn’t be happier with Attix for building our new dustproof 18.3m² attic space. From start to finish, the team was absolutely outstanding and the end result looks incredible. We obtained four quotes and, while Attix wasn’t the cheapest, we chose them because of their attention to detail and we’re so glad we did. Project Manager Stuart identified that additional ceiling reinforcement was required and, along with only one other company, noted the need for joist hangers. That level of thoroughness gave us real confidence. Equally important, Attix holds proper builder registration with the Builders Registration Board of Western Australia; something that few attic installers can offer which gave us added peace of mind. What other companies claimed they could complete in 2 days, Attix delivered over 3 days, with 2 men on site for the first 2 days and 3 on the final day. That extra time and care is clearly reflected in the finished product. The workmanship is excellent, with thoughtful touches like skirting boards on the floor. The team was polite, punctual, and kept us involved throughout the entire process, regularly inviting us to inspect progress. Stuart spent around 90 minutes carefully assessing the project during the quoting stage; far more thorough than the much shorter visits we experienced elsewhere. He even returned during the build to check in and kindly offered to grab me a coffee on the way! A special mention to carpenter Caio, installer Beau, and Beau’s dad; they were all fantastic to have on site. The team was professional, hardworking, and clearly proud of their work. Ros in the office was also incredibly efficient and professional, making everything run smoothly. The team also worked seamlessly with our insulation expert, Brett from Precision Insulation, who insulated the entire roof space prior to installation. The coordination between teams ensured an excellent overall result. Attix even adjusted the price down when they identified an item that wasn’t required; something you don’t often see. They also organised a great electrician and included a smoke alarm, light switch, and power. The space is so well finished you could almost sleep up there! They also included insulation and a convenient hatch to access the remaining roof space. When you consider the man-hours, quality of finish, and overall service, this represents exceptional value for money. Don’t look anywhere else; these guys are outstanding.

Really happy with our attic from Attix. Another company wouldn't quote us as our ceiling was 3.26m and they would only go to 3.2m. Our ceiling was no problem for Attix, and the final product was amazing. We paid a bit extra to get carpet and kickboards and a balustrade for our 12sqm attic and the install team were easy to have around. The quote done by Stuart was easy to understand and the work by Armand was perfect. Really recommend these guys.

I went with Attix after a friend had hers done and it looked fantastic. They did not disappoint. From Stuart’s assessment and photos to explain where and how big it could be to the excellent communication through text from Ros to the electrician and plumbers and the amazing Caio. Caio was the main installer, very professional, clean, hard working in the 38 degree heat (but hotter in the ceiling). All done and dusted in 3 days with minimal disturbance.
