called the 1300 number just now to enquire, the lady at the front (GABBY) said this was the booking only number i was polite and asked if there was a seperate number for admin department or another place that could help outside of a booking and she became extremely hostile telling me not to call this place ever again and hung on me told her i would take my business someplace else
