⭐️ 1 STAR – AVOID AT ALL COSTS ⭐️ Absolutely disgraceful experience. This company is a complete rip-off. My car was towed and then I was suddenly hit with a $6,600 storage bill that was NEVER explained to me verbally or clearly at the time of the tow. No phone call. No warning. No transparency. Just silence and then an insane invoice months later. When I tried to get my car back, I was threatened and told I had to pay CASH only or they would dispose of my vehicle. This was a $100,000 Audi, not some cheap wreck, and they were perfectly happy to hold it hostage unless I handed over cash on the spot. To make it even worse, parts were missing from my car when I finally saw it again. When questioned, they denied responsibility and refused to explain anything. This feels like nothing more than a setup to trap people, rack up storage fees without consent, and intimidate customers into paying outrageous amounts under pressure. The contract was rushed, poorly explained, and clearly designed to protect them while screwing the customer. If you value your car, your money, or your sanity DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be taking this further with Fair Trading and advising anyone I know to stay far away. Absolute cowboys.
