If you’re looking to renovate your bathroom, Avante Bathroom Renovations (especially Paul) is the only place to go. I genuinely can’t emphasise enough how professional, friendly, approachable, and consistent Paul is. We recently had our bathroom renovated, as it was still the original from a 1970s apartment in the Inner West and well overdue for an update. We initially got three quotes from other local renovators, but Paul stood out immediately. He was the only renovator who asked thoughtful, practical questions, walked us through how everything would look and function, and offered helpful options. For example, he suggested installing a fan (something we didn’t even realise we needed or could install, as the original bathroom didn’t have one). He raised considerations we simply hadn’t thought about and talked us through all options. The other renovators didn’t take the time to understand what we wanted or explain our options or even ask what we wanted. As first-time renovators, we felt completely out of our depth, but Paul made the entire process feel manageable, understandable and clear. His experience and genuine care really showed throughout the entire process. Throughout the renovation, Paul maintained excellent communication. He kept us updated on progress, timelines, and who would be on-site each day doing what job. We never once had to chase him up for anything, he was always proactive in keeping us informed and explaining each step of the process. We’re so happy with the result that we’re already getting him back to renovate our second bathroom. I’ll happily be leaving another 5-star review when that’s done!
