So happy with my experience. We had a recent major theft on our property so were anxious about leaving the house without the locks changed. My husband had arranged another locksmith that day and they never showed up. One phone call with Axcess locksmiths though and it was as easy as pie. They came within an hour and a half and got everything we needed sorted. Reasonable call out fee and charges. Thank you!

Just a belated shout out to Dylan for sorting out my lock 🔐 failure on my safe back in November/December 2025. Promised you a 5 star review for your professional, prompt and great service when my a55 was in a bind. Not to mention the very reasonable repair price you charged me and got it all done the same day. Honestly, I don't write many reviews but when a business goes that xtra mile and looks after it's customers, (especially a first time customer like me), you deserve all the praise. Tried calling multiple times today for locksmith services. I only got answered once saying he can come back in an hour but nothing until midnight. Wasted a lot of hours waiting for a non-existent service. ***I have updated rating as I appreciate you calling us and explaining what happened. Just want to note also that we would understand if the guy told us he would not be able to do it because it is busy. But we tried calling actually 2 times, around 6pm and around 12am where he told us on both call to try reach again after an hour. But again, appreciate your response to this and will take note to take your service still in the future if we needed. Cheers!
