I reached them out for battery installation and they have a very bad customer service.They approached us back with a quote and and wen we called them back with an approval ,they stopped responding and kept giving excuses saying there manager will call,didnt even bother to tell us whether they will be able to do it or not. We even informed them that we have other provider to go ahead if they cant do it but didnt give a proper response as they dont want to do it. Very bad customer service.

This is now my third and fourth projects with AYKA, completed at the same time. They previously installed two large solar systems for me and once again delivered outstanding results. I even referred them to a friend, and they did not disappoint — he received the best price among all the quotes he obtained. From the initial consultation with Pearl, the customer service representative, to the final finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Communication was clear and responsive with her, the team was punctual and well-organised, and the workmanship by Sandeep was meticulous. There were no shortcuts and no rushed work — everything was properly and neatly installed, thoroughly checked, and fully tested before handover. What really stands out is the attention to detail. The setup looks clean and precise, with no visible cables or exposed conduits — all wiring was neatly concealed within the walls. Sandeep is hardworking, hands-on, and clearly takes pride in his business. He is knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and genuinely listens to customer needs. 1 Star – Endless Promises, No Action (Following Up Since Early January) I have been following up on a simple fix since early January. It is now March, and the issue is still not resolved. Over these two months, I’ve repeatedly been told: “Team is very busy with installations.” “Will organize it asap.” “Will sort it out on Monday for sure.” “Next week for sure.” “Please give me time till Monday.” “So sorry for the late reply, will organize asap.” The pattern has been the same: reassurance, delay, silence, repeat. I understand businesses get busy. But being busy is not an excuse for ignoring customers after payment. What’s most frustrating is not the delay itself — it’s the constant false timelines and lack of accountability. If you tell a customer “Monday for sure,” then don’t follow through, and this happens multiple times, it stops being a delay and starts becoming poor service. At this point, I’ve spent more time chasing them than the actual fix would probably take. If you’re considering this company, just be aware: After-sales support may require persistent chasing. Timelines given may not be honored. “ASAP” might mean months. Very disappointed with the professionalism and follow-through.

Greedy, Unprofessional, and Lazy Workmanship – BEWARE! Avoid Alka Solar at all costs. Since Day 1, our installation has been a nightmare. 1. Aesthetic Damage: They mounted the inverter right on the front facade of our house. It looks like a "bulging pimple" and has completely tanked our home's curb appeal and resale value. 2. Defective Install: Every morning, we are woken up by a loud "thumping" noise coming from the panels. 3. The "Pay-to-Fix" Scam: When we raised these issues, their response was insulting. First, they asked if we could just "live with the noise." Then, they told us they would only fix their eyesore of an installation or the thumping if we paid them extra money. Everything with this company is a cash grab. They expect the customer to pay for their laziness and lack of planning.We paid for a professional service, but we got a fraudulent experience. I am calling on all other customers who have been scammed by Alka Solar to speak up. We are looking into taking this to The Current Affair to ensure this company stops taking hard-working people for a ride. You don't owe them a cent more—they owe you the service you already paid for!
