Had the best experience with Back to Timber from the shop front to their customer service Sofia and Richard. They always communicated clearly and explaining the steps all along the way. I had made a mistake on the quote and was shocked when inform on the day my tiled floor was removed that a mistake had been made on the quote. They rectified it immediately and not penalised me for that. I had another conflict with another tradie work at my place and they were so understanding and worked with me without extra cost to me to make my new Quickstep floor installed seamless. The workers for both floor removal and install of the Quickstep was super communicative, clean and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their floors done.
