Austin was very patient from the beginning, answered all questions clearly, and took the time to explain the system and options without any pressure. Communication was always prompt and professional. Allan was also very understanding and fair to deal with. Due to personal circumstances, we had to cancel on the day of installation, and the way this was handled showed genuine professionalism and respect. Even though we did not proceed in the end, the overall experience was very positive and I appreciated the honesty, service, and support throughout. I would happily recommend Banana Solar to anyone considering solar for their home.

We initially wanted an installation for a solar and battery system in mid February but because they were very busy, it was scheduled for late February. After a rain delay, it was installed on a Saturday in early March. The installation went smoothly, they arrived on time and cleaned up everything after. Allan even stayed until 10pm to make sure the system was fully commissioned and everything was safely connected. The system is working better than we expected and no more energy bills. Highly recommend.

great experience with them getting solar panels installed. didn't push for the biggest setup possible (potentially overinstalling and damaging our roof) and gave us an appropriate solar installation for our needs. that was over 5 years ago and it's still working great
