Visited Dr Jack Tran twice with my husband. They have been our greatest dental experiences ever. Jack is a kind, passionate and enthusiastic dentist. His consultations were clear, transparent and educational. He is the best dentist I have ever met.

Used to come here all the time since mum took me here and it was local. Didn’t realise what a bad dentist he was until I moved and started going to Bupa in Kensington. I used to have a lot of plaque build up in my bottom row of teeth and my molars were grinded down because I never realised I grind my teeth. Dr Joseph always rushed and never taught me how to floss properly or that I should wear a mouthguard for grinding my teeth. Now I have permanent damage to my gums and molars. My mum also comes here and he mistakenly did her implants. Very poor service he’s just money hungry would never ever recommend him to anyone!

The first time in my life I walk out of dentist. I write this not for revenge but a massage for dentist . He was so rude and poor social skill that I had no choice except walk out . He definitely lost 5 to 10 grands from me . I hope he get lesson and next time talk with more respect with patients
