10/10. My garage door motor stopped working in the middle of the day. The ladies in the office were super helpful and great to deal with and managed to squeeze me in late the same day. Guys showed up bang on time and had everything they needed to replace the motor. Fantastic communication and service. Could not have had a more perfect experience. Highly recommend.

I had Bax Garage Doors complete a service on my garage door today and was lucky enough to have Josh as the technician. He arrived on time (I also rec'd a text advising that he was on the way). After some analysis he clearly explained / showed me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. In no time at all he had the door running up and down smoother than it ever has. Price was more than fair and the service exceptional. If you want a quality job at a fair price give Bax Garage Doors a call !!!

I was running late, and he kindly waited for me so he could explain exactly what needed to happen and why he wasn't able to do the job.
