Unfortunately one of their employees drives like a psychopath and this afternoon along Pittwater road manly I watched them swap lanes dangerously and erratically while riding up other drives arses. So dangerous and at peak hour time as well, and in a company car, not a great first impression of this company that’s for sure

I had a very poor experience with Bayview Plumbing. After canceling my original booking at the last minute, they promised to work around my schedule to make it right. However, during the rescheduled booking they attempted to pressure me into accepting the quote by using the 'after-hours' timing as leverage to guilt-trip me—completely ignoring the fact that the timing was only necessary because of their initial cancellation. The entire process felt manipulative and unprofessional.

Great job by Noah who turned up on time, diagnosed the issue on the toilet cistern and had it repaired in good time, Noah also checked the flexible hoses to basins, kitchen sink and water pressure to ensure we comply with standards. Worthy of a 5 star rating.

Charged me over $1895 and the plumber ASSURED me that the problem would be fixed and assured that strata would cover it. He said every single time he has done this job in his life it has always been covered and not once rejected. The plumber left mid job did not even tell me that he was leaving, then another plumber came and said to me that didn't know what was going on. As soon as he left I turned on the tap and the sink would not drain and the floor pipe thing overflowed. Toilet still blocked and floor pipe still coming up with water. Waste of time and money. Strata said the costs are excessive and will not cover. Do not recommend. Am doing a charge back on credit card and if that doesn't work will escalate through legal avenues as I attempted to contact Bayside numerous times for assistance and the owner said they would charge me again if they were to come out again. Avoid this place!! Suggest call your credit card and charge back if you have this issue. EDIT: owner has sent me racist comments and abusive messages
