Beau Reno did a wonderful job with our laundry/powder renovation. It's a very small room but they came up with a perfect design for it. We had 4 other builders look at the space but they all charged too much or didn't even get back to me. The Beau Reno team were communicative, friendly, competent and gave us a great quote. They are well priced do excellent work. Will definitely be using them again for when we want to renovate other areas of the home. 10/10 would recommend.

Deceptive and misleading in their presentation of potential ROI. They failed to state all the associated costs of flipping an investment property. They would have you believe the only costs involved with such a project includes property purchase and renovation costs. Anyone who has any experience can tell you, along with the initial property purchase cost and the renovation costs, there are several other unavoidable and significant expenses such as stamp duty, insurance cost, legal fees, vendors fees and interest repayments on the loan the vast majority of people inevitably require. All these additional costs drastically affect the gross profit margin. This company neglects to disclose this detail, by doing so their prospective customer feels more comfortable in spending a lot more money on the renovation costs....and this is where Beau Reno makes its money.
