The cleaning was not of a standard bond clean. They advise the price before hand and arrived on the day and wanted to charge all most twice as much. The standard bond clean they do, does not include walls, windows, oven or detail of bathrooms at all. So a cheap price quoted is not what you will actually pay and be prepared for a doubling of the price. The experience on the day was also not good, lots of phone tag and arguing to get a resolution and then to still have a clean that was not done to the real estates standard was a further expense of time and money for us. They kept saying our bond clean does not include any walls, and we had to pay $30+gst extra per wall to get this added in. Which as you can guess would add up very quickly. To then also have to pay for windows etc makes for an expensive clean. Read the fine print before you say yes, and compare what they call a "bond" clean with what everyone else calls it will save you a lot of time and money. Look else where as the $550 quoted was not a good price when we had to pay $1000 for a 3 bed 2 bath unit. When other companies quoted us $650. thanks. Also they do not do the cleaning themselves and sub out all of the work and are just an admin company, so each clean team is different quality as well
