Beyond Solar recently installed a 32KWH SigenStor battery with a 13.3KW solar system at my house. I dealt with Saad Siddiqui from the first phone call. Saad would be one of the most polite, knowledgeable and most professional people in the business. The completed installation looks absolutely amazing and is exceptionally tidy. The installers were a great bunch of guys who were very professional and clearly let me know where they planned to drill, and position items, before they did it. After the job was done and full payment had cleared I messaged Saad with a query, he got back to me same day. I messaged their customer service / help desk a week later with another operational question. They came back with an in depth answer also on same day. Thank you to everyone at Beyond Solar! Nearly 18 months ago Beyond Solar installed an 18kwh solar array at our residence. The team was efficient, doing a clean and neat install in a few hours with minimal interruption ( I think from memory there were 5 or 6 tradesmen doing different aspects of the job) The system has performed without a glitch since then . This week Beyond Solar installed a 42kwh FoxESS battery, AC coupled inverter and back up. The same efficient and neat install, a couple of misplaced hole errors which were patched up. The system is now up and running, so far as exoected. We are currently preparing to join up with a VPP service, for which the system was designed. For me, the outstanding aspects of Beyond Solar's service is their informative, well coordinated and timely communication, from office to support and the install team. Thanks Sam, Mohamed, Huss. Special mention to Saad, our sales consultant, (whose knowledge is excellent) who was patient and insightful, understanding our situation, running through various options, and providing advice tailored for our goals. This was a clear difference to some other companies we had contacted ( or who contacted us). The fact that they service rural areas is also a stand out, and pricing was very competitive. I recently had an installation done by Beyond Solar, had Fox ESS system installed in a full day's work, having to navigate rain and other weather challenges. The installation was neat including the 3 backup circuits, team was quick and efficient despite the conditions. Thanks to Sam who spent a lot of time troubleshooting with the Fox ESS technicians, came back the next day to continue the process and finally arranging Fox technicians (turn out to be their CTO and Quality Engineer!) to come down to my place and fix it. (See my post on Fox ESS Australia). It was good that Beyond has a good working relationship and "direct line" with Fox ro be able to do that as I can imagine there are a lot of these units being installed by many other installers. Thanks to Sam and Saad, who've been really patient in answering all my questions before, during and after the install. Thumbs up!

Very disappointed with Beyond Solar. They installed a 6.6 kW system at my home in Kellyville in 2020. In the first year the system regularly produced around 44–45 kWh per day on clear sunny days, but from around 2021 the output dropped to roughly half of that under similar conditions. A licensed electrician has recently inspected the system and confirmed that one DC isolator is faulty, so one whole string of 9 panels is effectively not working. I have emailed Beyond Solar and called their 1300 number multiple times over the past weeks and have received no response at all. Based on my experience, their after-sales service and warranty support are extremely poor and I would not recommend this company.

Recently Beyond Solar installed a 24kwh Sigenenergie battery & 20 more solar panels on our house in Mystery Bay & thanks to their Sales Manager, Saad, & Install Manager, Mohamed, all went well & the actually install was well done & the guys were punctual, tidy & informative… all very professional. Have recommended Beyond Solar to other family members & friends & they were happy with their services as well. To us the installation quality & materials used were paramount & that’s what Beyond Solar presented so well done!!

On behalf of my own residence, Saad and his team were highly professional. The sales process was very accommodating; the system was explained well and our needs taken into consideration. Saad was patient even with a few design changes and we didn't feel pressured into a decision like with other companies. The install team was polite and professional, a thorough prestart meeting and after install walkthrough was held to ensure the install met our needs and we understood the system. The team was very efficient installing a 17.6kw system and 32kwh battery system in 8hrs. The planning process was well thought out to set the install team up for success. The after sales service was great too and the process for connections to older homes was explained well. The system seems to be performing excellently. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would recommend Beyond Solar to anyone
