I have no problem with the price, nor the two lads that performed the move. Price was excellent and the boys were top notch. It is clear however that they have no insurance coverage. Goods were damaged, token amount paid, got Fair Trading involved and they were completely ineffective, no follow ups, no responses, no solutions. Paid in cash, no receipt. Ensure you sight an insurance policy to avoid third world practices

Bad communication with these guys. Contacted the boss and got a quote, said I'd like to book the service. I asked if he could send me the booking information via email, he said yes but didn't end up sending. Called the next day but his phone was off, so I called a different number on the website. The person that answered said there was no booking under my name. She then said that she would contact the boss and try to confirm. No confirmation email again. I then emailed them and asked them to please confirm booking as I need to know if I had to find a different mover. Got an email next day confirming the booking but with a price $30 higher than what I had been quoted. I had already told the person on the phone that I was quoted $360 by the boss but she is confirming with a higher price. They have bad customer communication and it seems like they aren't very reliable.

The communication with the logistics team was prompt and I received clear confirmation and reminders about the move in the lead up. Since the last review 8 years ago, I have used Bill Removalist 3 times. The most recent is last week when i had to move all belongings into storage. As usual the team was efficient and easy to work with. Terry and his team was careful, speedy and well organised. They still owe me $5000 worth of damage they caused to my premises when moving. They do not have insurance and do not pay. I won in small claims court but they still haven’t paid.

Couldn’t ask for a better removalist!! Bill and his team was so fast and took care of my belongings (glad wrapping my mattress and bed and glass cabinet). This is the 2nd time I have used them for moving and I am always happy with them. Thank you Bill and team I highly recommend them and have done so to my friends and family for future moving.
