We’ve recently completed our pool build with billabong pool co and could not be more thrilled with the final result! The project itself ran into a lot of issues outside of everyone’s control and turned into quite a stressful process for our family. But we were very happy with how the Billabong team, especially Mitch and Jacob leaned in to do everything they could to minimise the impact where possible, and kept pushing to get the job done. Knowing we had support while things went wrong was invaluable, I’m certain other companies may have just washed their hands of the various situations we encountered.. but the billabong team helped us every step of the way and that kept us sane! And Now we have our wonderful pool, and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend.

I would 100% recommend Billabong Pools to anyone wanting a pool. From the initial consultation through to completion, the team was professional, organised, and made the whole process stress-free. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Mitch, Ellie, Jacob, and the whole team were friendly and professional. They kept us updated at every stage, explained timelines clearly, and were always quick to respond to ALL of our questions. The build itself was completed quickly and efficiently. All team members on site were punctual, respectful, and left the area as clean as possible during such a mammoth task of digging and installing. It was clear they took pride in their work and paid close attention to the small details. The finished pool looks amazing and has completely transformed our backyard into a modern-Mediterranean oasis. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Billibong Pools Co. At first, we were worried it wouldn't be possible because we had a service pipe running through the backyard and had limited side access. Our initial consultation with Mitch immediately made us feel at ease, he was confident we would get our pool! The planning process with Ellie and Mitch was so easy. We were kept informed throughout the project, which made for a simple and effortless installation. The lads on site were friendly and polite, and happy to offer advice with any questions I had. I especially appreciated that they left the work site clean and tidy at the end of each day that attention to detail was fantastic! In total, our pool was done and dusted in about three to four weeks. This is our first pool, and my boys aged 5 and 8 absolutely love it! No more blow up pools for them!
