Spoke to these guys about getting a quote. They did not show up and held us up even further by claiming to be "on their way" they never showed up or apologised. Very unprofessional. We missed our only chance of locking in work before settlement ends. Impact: 3-4 additional weeks of paying rent and mortgage. Next time either commit to doing something or if you cant make it communicate so someone else can do the job.
