We ordered the instalation of panels and battery during Easter weekend. Today 21 April we have our house self-sufficient as the instalation was completed yesterday. We are very happy with the service. We felt informed about every step of the process from the quote stage to the post-instalation communications. The layout of the panels was changed comparing to the quotation because the installers did their best to make the most efficient solar production for our roof. I would highly recommend this company. After hearing all the different experiences that my friends had from so many different Solar companies, the decision that I made to go with BOOST SOLAR is very different and satisfying. Mark, Jeff and all of their team members who assisted with installations are very efficient and professionally equipped. Mark especially noted to be very knowledgeable and always there to help and assist with each and every inquiries. I strongly suggest everyone to do their own research before making decisions because it is your large investment and trusting is very important. But after my experience, I strongly recommend BOOST SOLAR and talk to Mark. I am sure, you will not going to be disappointed. Thank you.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS I paid a deposit in mid-February 2026 for a solar and battery installation, with the expectation of a timely and professional service. By early April, they finally scheduled the installation, only to postpone it at the last minute. Then in mid-April, after weeks of delays and zero accountability, they informed me they couldn’t proceed at all. Because of their poor planning and lack of reliability, I have now missed out on the government rebate, as no other installer can complete the job before the deadline in May. The level of communication, organisation, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Promises were made and repeatedly broken, with no regard for the consequences on the customer. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not risk dealing with this company.

All of the team at Boost Solar were excellent but particular mention goes to Joe who was eminently helpful at all times, returning my calls quickly, and patiently talking through different possibilities as well as coming up with a fantastic package. I'm very very happy with the installation.

Initially I was quite impressed with the customer service and advice I received from this company but unfortunately after paying deposits for 2 of my homes to get solar the communication has been very poor. I was Initially told, one of my properties would have the solar installed in January and the 2nd property in February. I called earlier this month to find out what was happening and I was told, I would receive a call back within 2 hours to discuss further, which never ended up happening. A few days later, I called back and was told my installation was being arranged and I would receive a call back within 2 days with more information regarding the installation. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and I still have not received any updates. Initially it seemed like I was dealing with an organised and professional company but at this stage, I am starting to regret choosing Boost Solar. The information I was given regarding installation has been incorrect and twice now I have been told soneone would be in contact with me regarding the installation dates but obviously these guys are too busy. At this stage I am disappointed and getting frustrated with the lack of communication from this company. OVER 4 MONTHS LATER - BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Nearly 5 months after paying my deposits this company still can't even advise me when my solar will be installed. I have asked for my deposits back as they don't have the capacity to install them and the sales rep didn't even reply. I have now been told 5 times someone would contact me within 2 days to advise when my solar would be installed and still nothing. The only follow up I have received is a text message saying HELLO HOW ARE YOU? This company is not worth dealing with and it seems like i will need to take things further to get my deposits back. I would not believe a word these guys and probably best to shop elsewhere for your solar.
