We called brad to have custom cabinet made up. after an abrupt conversation he asked us to send him an email outlining the dimensions and what we required but seemed disinterested, as it was not a huge job by any measure. we decided to email anyway and to no ones surprise its been 9 days and 0 contact. despite the many google reviews complementing about his work which we cannot attest to, our experience was that this is a poorly run business who is only interested in very profitable and large jobs. He could have simply relayed that he was not interested or busy to us instead of wasting our time, or simply replied to our email
