Nathan and Kosta came out to help with a pretty tricky job trying to find a fault with my fuses. They were so patient and easy to deal with, taking the time to explain and breakdown the issue so I could understand, and worked together to find a suitable outcome for my needs. Really appreciated how thorough and respectful they were, not to mention they ensured I was comfortable with quoting before commencing - and my dogs loved them! Ben and Zahlia from Braytech Electrical were honestly so great to deal with. They came out this morning to quote a downlight for our entryway nook and a couple of power outlets, and somehow had everything installed and finished by midday (same day service which we didn’t expect at all). The downlight looks amazing, completely flush and perfectly colour matched to our existing lights, you’d never know it wasn’t always there. They also added new power outlets and upgraded one in our laundry and everything looks really clean and well done. I was a bit indecisive with placement, but they were so patient and helpful the whole time and made it really easy. We’ve had a lot of trades through our home and they were by far the easiest to work with. Super friendly, professional, and left everything spotless. We’ll definitely be using them again, really appreciate the effort and attention to detail.

Technicians arrived on time, removed shoes and managed to solve all my lighting problems. Provided me with a quote before proceeding. Cleaned up after the works and removed rubbish. My lights are all fixed so I’m very happy. I will save their number for the next electrical issue I have. 👌
