Justin was very helpful on the phone and sent out sample boards by Express Post. In the end we opted for narrower 88mm boards as they suited our property better so we had to go to a different supplier.

We chose BAL Fire Rated HD Pro in light grey for our pool deck and Cloud White cladding for our fence, and we couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Our sales representative, Justin, was outstanding and truly went above and beyond. When some of our cladding arrived damaged, he acted quickly to ensure replacements were sent out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the replacement pieces were from an older batch and didn’t match the original colour. Justin once again stepped in and personally ensured the new delivery came from our original batch. He even went to the warehouse himself to hand-select the correct cladding to guarantee a perfect match. Justin’s product knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service were exceptional. Based on our experience, I highly recommend Justin and Brite’s products.
