Five stars! This was my first time ever calling pest control, and I'm so glad I did. I called for help with a spider problem at my unit and Sam was fantastic. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and very thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what treatment he was doing and why, which I really appreciated because it helped me understand the whole process. He reassured me that the spiders wouldn't be coming back, and they even back it up with a 6-month warranty just in case, which honestly put my mind at ease. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for the service. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again if needed :D

I’ve used this pest service for several years, but unfortunately the quality has significantly declined. Recent treatments have not lasted as expected, and the level of service feels far less thorough than it used to be. The sprays no longer seem comprehensive, and the overall value has dropped. My biggest concern was the most recent visit. The technician identified what they said was termite-related damage and strongly pushed for a costly treatment worth thousands of dollars. This felt very aggressive and pressure-driven. I sought a second opinion, and was advised that the damage was actually due to water, not termites. This raised serious concerns for me about the accuracy of the assessment and the recommendations made. I am also aware of a similar experience reported the following day at another property in the same suburb, where the same technician raised termite concerns that did not appear to be substantiated and used a similarly aggressive sales approach to push expensive treatment. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this service. Please be cautious.
