Extremely Poor Experience – Constant Delays and No Accountability My experience with BUSY At Work has been incredibly disappointing. It took over two months for my ADMS payment to be processed, despite me calling multiple times every week because my claim wasn’t appearing in the ADMS system. Only after repeatedly chasing them did an investigation begin, and even then, nothing progressed unless I initiated contact. I was continually told to “just wait,” sometimes for weeks, without any actual action being taken. Eventually I found out that the field officer who was supposed to be handling my issue had been receiving the relevant emails but was no longer working at BUSY At Work. No one informed me of this, and no one stepped in to take over until I kept pushing for answers. This led to even more delays, confusion, and repeated issues—leaving me feeling like my case had been thrown into the “too hard basket.” The only time anything moved forward was when I called them. I was told I’d receive an email within 24 hours, but after waiting a full week, nothing arrived. The entire process was a constant battle with zero proactive communication from their end. Overall, the lack of follow-through, communication, and accountability made the experience stressful and unnecessarily drawn-out. I expected far better support and professionalism from an organisation entrusted with handling apprenticeship matters. I hope BUSY At Work seriously improves its internal processes so others don’t have to go through the same experience.
