I've requested bond cleaning from this company a second time. Both times I got my bond 100% back. There were a couple of minor concerns after my inspection, but all of them were addressed immediately. I would definitely request bond cleaning again.

Paid upfront for a bond clean after a detailed discussion. When the cleaner came, they said items were not included and wanted more money. Also a poor cleaning job with footprints on tiles and hair on carpet. We had to re-mop and vacuum after already moving out. Worst experience. No customer service.
