I had Call The Cleaners Sydney clean my apartment (General Clean) in Randwick. I found their service to be excellent! The communications by the team was first class. The cleaners arrived on time, they did an excellent job and I am very happy with the result. Would recommend to anyone with a somewhat dirty place that needs a very good clean.

I booked Call the Cleaners for an end-of-lease clean in Canberra, and unfortunately the experience was very frustrating. The booking process itself was straightforward, but the cleaners arrived an hour late, which made me late for work. I walked them through the property and everything seemed clear at the time. However, more than halfway through the day, they contacted me requesting an additional 30% on top of the original quote to complete the job. This was disappointing, as nothing about extra work had been raised during the initial walkthrough. I was also told they would not finish the clean unless I agreed to the increased price. When I returned to inspect the property, I found that an entire room had been missed—there was no vacuuming or carpet cleaning, despite having been invoiced to pay extra for this, as well as pest treatment. Some surfaces, including benches, were also not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Since then, they have continued to pursue me for the additional payment, despite the service not being delivered properly the first time. As a result, I had to rebook an inspection with my landlord. This was particularly inconvenient as the power had already been disconnected, meaning the second clean could not be completed to the standard it should have been. Overall, I find it very disappointing to be asked to pay more for a service that was incomplete and caused additional stress and cost.

Booked for pre-lease cleaning, inside and outside of the house. Terrible service, the chemical used for the entire house is $5 bleach at Coles. The smell won't go away until 1 month later, yet there're still lots of spots missed in the house, such as under the bed, and the house feel sticky and damp after the clean. For $1300, I would rather do it myself
