Joe was quick to respond to a need for a small job, aligning with a job for a neighbour to help manage costs! Chris fixed the simple task but recognised other issues (old building, and our renovation done 30 years ago). They helped us avoid the chaos that degraded pipes would have caused if/when the old plastic failed. While straightforward in most buildings, ours dates to 1911 and the plumbing system is a nightmare puzzle. Chris patiently worked his way through it. He’s probably hoping to never have to do a job like this again! And the bill was nowhere near as big as we expected! Thanks Camelot.
