Champion windows came to the rescue. I was doing the lawns at my parents house on a Saturday afternoon when a stray rock absolutely shattered their bedroom window. I called champion windows, sent them a photo and they immediately came back with a quote to do it that afternoon or save me some money and do it on Monday. I asked them to come on the same day and they were here in just under two hours. The guys were friendly, neat, cleaned up all the shattered glass and put in a new window. All done, no fuss and I reckon it only took about an hour. I felt like the price was reasonable considering how fast the service was and the time of the week. I really appreciated that they offered a cheaper price on a different day. Payment was easily made and there were no unexpected fees. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do break another window I won't hesitate to contact champion windows.

So so happy to give a great review to Champion Windows because they came on the day my sliding glass door exploded out of nothing. The door to my balcony was completely open when it happened so I couldn't close it in case all the shattered glass would fall out. There was reports of a storm coming so it need to be fixed as soon as possible. Champion Window were the only company that answered the phone and a time was arranged for repair immediately. It was over the holiday period and I really appreciated how prompt and professional the guys were who came. It was up 4 flights of stairs and they were awesome. Everything cleaned up, on their hands and knees collecting stray glass shards. And I have a beautiful new sliding glass door. Highly recommend Champion Glass and will use them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely incredible customer service and quality. Called after 11pm on Christmas night after my business was broken into and I needed to secure the smashed door. I had a call back within minutes, a quote and confirmation of someone coming to replace the door the same night. Helpful, friendly and a quality job all completed within 2 hours of my initial call.
