Charlie was honestly amazing. He went above and beyond. What started as him renovating my bathroom turned into him helping me with so much more. Even when things started going wrong with the other trades I had arranged - he just stepped in, took control, and made such a stressful time so much easier for me. As a single woman, it was so overwhelming trying to deal with renovations and trades on your own, but Charlie made me feel so comfortable, safe, and looked after the entire time. He always gave advice like it was his own home and nothing was ever too hard for him. He genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for people, which is so rare to find. I really don’t know what I would’ve done without him and his team. And, the work itself is absolutely beautiful. You can tell how much pride Charlie takes in what he does. The attention to detail and quality of the work is honestly incredible. I seriously don’t know what I would’ve done without him. I’m so grateful for everything Charlie and his team did for me, and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

We’ve been using this bathroom for 6 months now, and that’s why I wanted to write this review. We can genuinely say the bathroom has been a joy to use every single day :) we feel blessed every time we walk in. Charlie was easy to work with from day one. He always replied quickly and kept us updated. What really impressed us was that he didn’t just show up and do the job, he went above and beyond, discussing every detail with us and never once showing any impatience. He and his team also flagged a weak subfloor and a leak from the external wall that was trickling down between the walls and damaging the timber beams. We had no idea any of these issues existed, and because he flagged them, we were able to fix them before they turned into a much bigger problem down the track. Honestly, the whole experience was stress-free, the result is excellent, and we’ve already engaged him again for other work. Highly recommend Charlie and the team.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
