I took time out of my schedule for an onsite visit, but there was no follow-up or quote provided afterwards. Despite their claims, the response to this review contains inaccuracies that attempt to shift blame rather than take responsibility. This experience raises serious concerns about their professionalism and reliability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend engaging their services.

Sam and Dakeil did an amazing job with our small bathroom in our apartment. They were up front with what would be required for the work and the quote was very reasonable. They provided us with all the information we needed to get it approved by strata which was super helpful and they always understood our vision. It was amazing to go away for a month and put our trust in them, they kept us updated every step of the way and we came home to a gorgeous bathroom and powder room that better suits our needs.
