Had the fortunate experience of being assisted by Combined Towing after my crash. Not only did Alfred tow my car, returned my etag (which I forgot to take at the crash scene) and provided me with the driver at fault’s claim number the following day. They arrived promptly to tow my vehicle, and despite a tight driveway and overhanging trees, Reg creatively worked out how to get the car out of the garage and safely onto the truck. Giving one star for safety. Watched one of their drivers roll straight through a stop sign this morning in Arncliffe on Wollongong Rd, not even a hint of stopping. Old guy with a beard. Maybe go over the handbook again or make him do an eye test to make sure he saw it.

They arrived on time at short notice the next day and even returned next day after as there was a car in the way (we did move 2 cars adjacent, they said better to move the 3rd car too, for manouvering) The driver was very qualified and did an expert job with the narrow driveway and turning circles. Based on the feedback received, while we would have appreciated more clarity upfront, that there would only be a single extractor and driver sent in for $500, we understand it was a super difficult extraction, and considering the return visit, we have updated our review.
