I recently purchased a full house lot of doors from Complete Doors Online, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Before my order was delivered, the doors went on sale. I asked if the discounted price could be honoured and while that request was declined (which I can accept), the real issue is what followed. Their customer service is appalling. I reached out multiple times through different channels and received no response. Eventually, I got a single SMS saying the manager would look into it, but I never heard back. I followed up several more times and was completely ignored. That level of communication is unacceptable, especially when you’re spending significant money. It leaves zero confidence in how they’d handle an actual issue or fault with their product. As a builder and renovator, I rely on suppliers I can trust and communicate with. I won’t be using them again, and I’d much rather spend a little extra elsewhere to deal with a business that values its customers. Buyers beware. Edit to add : even if my emails were ‘lost’, there is still multiple unanswered sms’ which is how I got my first and only reply but no replies afterwards and also ignored website enquiries. The only sms I received was to say a manager would review but that obviously never happened either or it was simply too hard to let me know the outcome.

I initially thought I was purchasing a pair of door handles, but I received only a single item. I ordered a second handle, which unfortunately arrived damaged. The process of replacing this damaged handle has been far from satisfactory. The return policy feels inadequate, especially considering I spent over $700 and received an item with a chip. This situation shouldn’t be my burden to bear. If there were a store nearby, I would have tossed the handle out of my car window as I drove past. I was promised a high-quality product but feel like I received something far below expectations. If this issue doesn’t receive the attention it deserves, I believe future customers should be aware of the potential for similar disappointments.

I am very pleased with these doors. They are such an affordable alternative to the other manufacturers of this style of door. Two doors and freight came to less than half the next best quote I found. The doors have varnished up beautifully and I am so pleased with how they look in my house. Clear communication channels from point of ordering to arrival. The freight company reached out and made contact to ensure I’d be home to accept delivery. I recommend these guys for beautiful affordable doors.
