Bill did a job for me a while ago - normally I don't leave negative reviews but my experience with Coogee Builders wasn't great. Quote was very expensive but I proceeded based on the good reviews. Job wasn't done to a good quality with a structural component being installed with a bend in it. Nothing can be done about it now since other time sensitive work had to proceed right after to keep to a drop dead date for completing the works. I got the impression that Bill is just after money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction or good workmanship - even with the high priced quote, he was trying to get more money out of us for minor things.
